     Had a excellent experience all the way around
From the very start. We made an appointment with Tina and it was for 2 weeks down the road . Dennis came promptly and was knowledgeable and friendly
We decided to go with American because of Dennis. We were a bit afraid as the knowledge of breaking the interior floor was frightening but it was done professionally.
The guys who did the job were great.

     I had renovated my Basement which cost me a lot of money  and year after we had a rain storm for a week long and there came water coming from  outside throughout the walls. It was into the Boiler room which was considered unsafe. The basement was repaired a second time and we just ended up where we started  but still no fix. I  became very frustrated and decided to search the internet for a basement fixer. I called about two companies before but wasn’t satisfied with there reviews. Then I came across American basement and read the reviews and got a little biography of the Company, I decided to reach out to them and met with the Boss. Stephen He was so  much a people person , so professional and polite . He presented two options  of labor and cost to my husband and I to choose from  ;which was good. The Team was introduced to us and we were ready to go because we trusted them.We were offered life time warranty , they worked with your budget. They also give a time line and the work was done.      Very impressed with the manager Paul who came out to my house to evaluate some cracks in my foundation. He clearly had great experience with both fixing and installing foundations, and recommended a cheap and simple DIY fix to dealing with my issues. Due to his honest assessment, we decided not to go forward with any work, but I believe American Dry would be an excellent contractor and has demonstrated great integrity.
