We are offering an opportunity to join our American Dry Basement Systems team as a Crew Chief. You must be comfortable working in challenging situations, enjoy working alongside & supervising crew members. You must be strong enough to handle a jackhammer and a variety of tools. Self-motivation, dependability and a desire to exceed all expectations are all positive traits. You are required to speak fluent Spanish, and also able to communicate with the main office in English.
Responsibilities:
- Keep open communication with the main office throughout the workday
- Communicate & respond to homeowner concerns to ensure homeowner is satisfied
- Communicate clear expectations to work crew & supervise their activities
- Identify safety hazards, communicate, and ensure the safety of homeowners & crew members
- Manage work site plan to ensure complete project details accurately
- Manage & control the cost of installation jobs
- Manage assets by protecting & using equipment properly
- Manage supply & materials for installation jobs
- Clean & maintain vehicles & equipment
- Report at our Brookfield, CT industrial yard offices.
Qualifications:
- Experience in masonry and landscaping (preferred)
- Skill in operating a jackhammer and power tools (preferred)
- Fluency in Spanish (required)
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Ability to travel throughout Connecticut and New York

Work Area Requirements:
