- Our system must completely remove water during the most torrential downpours.
- It should not threaten the structural integrity of a home. It should adhere to building code compliance.
- It should make every basement finish-ready without fear of water returning.
- It should never clog or require maintenance.
- It should give each and every customer peace of mind backed by a lifetime guarantee against clogs, cracks and maintenance.
Our number one mission is customer service and satisfaction, before, during and after a waterproofing job. We want our customers to be 100% satisfied and assured that we will take care of them whenever they need us.
You can see we are passionate about our waterproofing service and enjoy only providing positive outcomes from our knowledge and experience. Give us a call, even if you have a simple question. We want to make sure everyone stays dry and safe.
We have a long history in waterproofing, acquiring lots of experience & knowledge to provide the best system possible.
Since 1997, American Dry Basement Systems strives to continually improve system design and materials to waterproof basements and crawl spaces throughout Connecticut & New York.
It was early on when we perfected our installation technique: a drainage pipe is pitched at an angle in calculated increments within a special area existing between the top and bottom of the footer called the “magic zone.”
Maintaining the structural strength of a home is imperative, so we use “engineering tabs.” Not many waterproofers do it because it takes a considerable amount of time.
Developed at American Dry, our SuperCrete never cracks, it grows and grows at a molecular level, into existing concrete.
Today, we suppress dust with a negative air scrubber. We don't stop there. We use our very own "EnviroBoot" for the jackhammer. It removes debris and dust at point of contact.
