Since 1997, American Dry Basement Systems strives to continually improve system design and materials to waterproof basements and crawl spaces throughout Connecticut & New York.
OUR SYSTEM
We perfected our installation technique early on: a drainage pipe is pitched at an angle in calculated increments within a particular area existing between the top and bottom of the footer called the “magic zone.”
STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY
Maintaining the structural strength of a home is imperative, so we use “engineering tabs.” Not many waterproofers do it because it takes a considerable amount of time.
SUPERCRETE
Developed at American Dry, our SuperCrete never cracks, it grows and grows at a molecular level into existing concrete.
GREEN SOLUTIONS
Today, we suppress dust with a negative air scrubber. We don't stop there. We use our very own "EnviroBoot" for the jackhammer. It removes debris and dust at the point of contact.
